Traveling from the West (Elmira, Corning, and Bath)
Option #1: Through Horseheads/Cayuta - Take Route 13 North (towards Ithaca) for ~12 miles to Alpine Junction (Route 224). Turn right onto Route 224 East. Drive through Cayuta and along the edge of VanEtten. Keep going straight past S-VE high school. At the four-way flashing red light/stop signs in the village of Spencer (there's only one light and you'll be at a corner with a Sunoco gas station, Tioga State Bank, and Big M market), go straight through the intersection. The road becomes Route 96 South at that point. From this stoplight, we're located 2.8 miles on the right side of the road.
Option #2: Through Breesport/Erin - Take Route 223 thru Breesport and Erin. Stay on Route 223 (thru the curves and down Swartwood Hill) until it ends at a stop sign at Route 224. Turn right onto Route 224. You'll travel along the edge of VanEtten and go past the S-VE high school. At the four-way flashing red light/stop signs in the village of Spencer (there's only one light and you'll be at a corner with a Sunoco gas station, Tioga State Bank, and Big M market), go straight through the intersection. The road becomes Route 96 South at that point. From this stoplight, we're located 2.8 miles on the right side of the road.

Traveling from the South (Sayre/Waverly)
Take Route 17C thru Waverly and get on Route 34 North near the bowling alley. Follow Route 34 North through Lockwood and VanEtten. At the stop sign in VanEtten, turn right - still following Route 34 North. Go past S-VE high school. At the four-way flashing red light/stop signs in the village of Spencer (there's only one light and you'll be at a corner with a Sunoco gas station, Tioga State Bank, and Big M market), go straight through the intersection. The road becomes Route 96 South at that point. From this stoplight, we're located 2.8 miles on the right side of the road.

Traveling from the North (Ithaca)
Option #1: Through City of Ithaca - Take Route 13 South and go past Buttermilk Falls. When Route 13 and Route 34/96 split, be in the left lane to follow Route 34/96 to Spencer. In ~18 miles, you'll reach the village of Spencer. At the four-way flashing red light/stop signs (you'll be at a corner with a Sunoco gas station, Tioga State Bank, and Big M market), turn left at the intersection. The road becomes Route 96 South at that point. From this stoplight, we're located 2.8 miles on the right side of the road.
Option #2: Through Ithaca Commons - Take Route 96B South past Ithaca College and through Danby. After the rest area on the left, go ~2 miles to a trailer park on the right. After the trailer park, take the next right hand turn onto South Danby Road. Follow South Danby Road for 9 miles to a stop sign at the end (South Danby Road "turns into" Crumtown Road about halfway down). At the stop sign, turn left onto Route 96 South. Two houses down you'll see Totalily Water Gardens on the right.
