Do you install, maintain, and/or clean ponds? Most of our customers are actually "do-it-yourselfers." While we're happy to do onsite consultations to help you design, redesign, and/or problem-solve, we don't actually install, maintain, and/or clean ponds. However, we do have a list of other companies that might be able to do the work for you in your local area. Please just ask us for their contact information. Do you sell products other than those needed for water gardening? No - we don't sell items like mulch, bedding plants, gardening tools, bird seed, or other products that you might find in general garden centers. We specialize in carrying products that you'd need to build and maintain a water garden. Oddly enough, some people also think our business focuses on selling hydroponic supplies and/or bottled water (yes - we're serious!), neither of which is true. Do you have a way for me to get my water garden plants and fish home safely? Yes, we do. Each of your plants is put into a special, flat-bottomed plastic bag and if necessary, they're also covered with wet newspaper to keep them moist. Fish are placed in extra-strong plastic bags, along with oxygenating tablets to ensure that they have plenty of oxygen to make the trip home (although we do recommend that you head DIRECTLY home if you purchase fish). What type of a guarantee do you have on your products? If at any time, for any reason, you are less than totally satisfied with your purchase from Totalily Water Gardens, we will gladly refund or exchange it. However, due to our inability to control how your plants are overwintered, we guarantee them only until October 1st of the year you purchase them. Fish can not be guaranteed once they leave the premises - there are simply too many variables for us to know if they were properly handled or cared for once they left our facility. Are you open seven days a week? No - we are ALWAYS closed on Mondays. Please check out our Hours and Directions web page for more specific details.
